Resumen

En el origen de la acción humana hallamos el acto libre. Tomás de Aquino, en su escrito sobre la virtud en general, defiende que el intelecto práctico es la capacidad que lo vuelve eficaz y le otorga valor y sentido. La voluntad humana, libre, no solo es iluminada por los bienes que presenta la facultad del intelecto práctico, sino que también es dirigida por aquella. Su perfeccionamiento corresponde a la virtud de la prudencia que permite juzgar rectamente acerca del bien humano en las operaciones a realizar y, a la vez, optimizar las virtudes morales.

Abstract

At the origin of human action we find free act. Thomas Aquinas, in his writing on virtue in general, defends that the practical intellect is the capacity that makes it effective and gives it value and meaning. The human will, free, is not only illuminated by the goods presented by the faculty of the practical intellect, but is also directed by it. Its improvement corresponds to the virtue of prudence that allows to judge correctly about the human good in the operations to be carried out and, at the same time, optimize the moral virtues.

Constancio C. Vigil fue un escritor de la primera mitad del siglo XX que, desde su Editorial Atlántida, formó a miles de lectores con sus cuentos. En este artículo se propone un recorrido por su obra considerando sus concepciones sobre la Literatura Infantil, la polifonía que existe en su obra, los valores y la religiosidad.

Abstract
Constancio C. Vigil was a writer from the first half of the 20th century who, from his Editorial Atlántida, trained thousands of readers with his stories. This article proposes a tour of his work considering his conceptions about Children's Literature, the polyphony that exists in his work, values and religiosity.

Orientación Vocacional y Ocupacional en la virtualidad

El presente trabajo es producto del aporte y reflexión de alumnos y docentes de la Diplomatura en Orientación Vocacional y Ocupacional (OVO), de la Universidad Favaloro, con modalidad a distancia. Se propone dar cuenta del rol del orientador y el encuadre de trabajo en entornos virtuales, en general, y en este tiempo de pandemia, en particular, sustentado por el marco teórico del Tercer Paradigma de Orientación, y visibilizar, de este modo, algunas prácticas propicias en su abordaje. Para ello, es pertinente construir defini- ciones sobre lo virtual y diferenciarlo de aquello que no lo es, a fin de compartir los significados para su lectura, socializando experiencias y propuestas de actividades para estos contextos. A su vez, se analizan las posibilidades que brinda la modalidad virtual en Orientación Vocacional y Ocupacional, como así también los obstáculos, no desde una dimen- sión negativa, sino como punto de partida que habilita a un continuo desafío. Se concluye sobre la importancia de estos entornos y sobre su uso de modo combi- nado con actividades presenciales, en el momento que las condiciones epidemioló- gicas lo permitan. Mientras tanto, la Orientación Vocacional y Ocupacional, media- da por la tecnología, constituye una excelente opción para un escenario complejo como el actual.

Abstract
This work is the product of the contribution and reflection of the students and teachers of the Diploma in Vocational and Occupational Guidance (OVO) of the Favaloro University, from the distance modality. It is proposed to give an account of the role of the counselor and the work frame, in virtual environments, in general, and in this time of pandemic, in particular; supported by the theoretical framework of the Third Paradigm of Orientation and, thus, make visible some favorable practices in its approach. For this, it is pertinent to construct definitions of the virtual and differenti- ate it from what is not, in order to share the meanings for reading it, socializing experiences and proposals for activities for these contexts. In turn, the possibilities offered by the virtual modality in Vocational and Occupational Guidance are analyzed, as well as the obstacles, not from a negative dimension, but as a starting point that enables a continuous challenge. It concludes on the importance of these environments and on their use in combination with face-to-face activities, when epidemiological conditions allow it. Meanwhile, Vocational and Occupational Guidance, mediated by technology, constitutes an excellent option for a complex scenario like the current one.

Alcances y límites en la concepción heideggeriana de la tecnología

Resumen: En el presente trabajo abordamos la concepción heideggeriana de la tecnología en dos momentos claves de su especulación representados por Ser y Tiempo (1927) y La pregunta por la técnica (1954). Por un lado, estudiamos el modo en que el primer Heidegger analiza el trato que tiene el Dasein con el útil en su cotidianidad y su peculiar inserción en el mundo. Por otro lado, consideramos el modo en que el segundo Heidegger asume un punto de vista crítico respecto de la técnica moderna, a la cual concibe como consumación total de la metafísica de la voluntad de poder en el plano mundano. A modo de balance, señalamos los alcances y los límites de ambas propuestas del pensador de Friburgo. Ulteriormente, orientados por los análisis de Don Ihde en «Desromantizar a Heidegger» (2010) y otros textos, reformulamos la correlación intencional atendiendo a la mediación tecnológica, asumiendo de este modo la tecnicidad existenciaria del Dasein y su inserción en un tecnomundo igualmente originario. A partir de este replanteo, en una postura que se aleja tanto de la resignación antitecnológica como del utopismo tecnocrático, señalamos algunas consecuencias epistemológicas, éticas y políticas.

Abstract: In this work we approach the Heideggerian conception of technology in two key moments of its speculation represented by Being and Time (1927) and The question about technique (1954). On the one hand, we examine the way in which the first Heidegger analyzes Dasein's treatment of the tool in his daily life and his peculiar insertion in the world. On the other hand, we consider the way in which the second Heidegger assumes a critical point of view regarding modern technique, which he conceives as a total consummation of the metaphysics of the will to power on the world plane. By way of balance, we point out the scope and limits of both proposals of the Freiburg thinker and, then, guided by Don Ihde's analyzes in “Deromanticizing Heidegger” (2010) and other texts, we reformulate the intentional correlation attending to technological mediation, assuming Dasein's existential technicality and its insertion in an equally original technological world. From this rethinking, in a position that moves away from both anti-technological resignation and technocratic utopianism, we draw some epistemological, ethical and political consequences.

Acerca de la risa y lo cómico

Si bien lo risible, la comicidad y sus registros artísticos han dado pie a muchas reflexiones por parte de filósofos, historiadores del arte, de la literatura y la cultura en general, el tema no parece estar agotado. Lo cierto es que los principales pensadores de todos los tiempos trataron de entender y teorizar este atractivo fenómeno. Entre las varias teorías, es posible distinguir rasgos comunes. La documentación es vasta. Nos ocuparemos aquí de los más destacados enfoques y de las respectivas apreciaciones morales determinadas por la risa a través de las grandes etapas de la historia occidental.

Abstract

As it turns out, comedy and its artistic registers have been the subject of much reflection by philosophers, historians of art, literature and culture in general, and the theme has never been raised. This is because the greatest thinkers of all time tried to treat and theorize about this attractive phenomenon. Among the various theories it is possible to distinguish common rags. The documentation is vast. We will deal here with the most prominent approaches and their respective moral determinations determined by the rise and fall of the great stages of Western history.
